The problem
Job seekers have to recheck dozens of company career pages, and the roles they care about are easy to lose between browser tabs and notes.
What I built
- Built an authenticated Next.js dashboard where each tracked company has its own job queue and status.
- Added saved jobs and named collections so promising roles can be grouped instead of bookmarked one by one.
- Used Supabase for authentication and persistence, with server actions for adding, syncing, and clearing tracked sites.
- Included a suggestion endpoint for turning the current queue into useful next-step prompts.
What changed
- A deployed MVP with a working auth flow and dashboard.
- Tracked websites, job queues, saved roles, and collections in one place.
- A repeatable workflow for reviewing career pages and deciding what to do next.
What I learned
A job tracker is only useful if the review loop is fast. I spent more time simplifying the queue states and destructive actions than adding new screens.

The next pass is scheduled monitoring and email digests, plus a smaller mobile review view for saved roles.
